Fully Funded Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2024

The Humphrey Fellowship Program is a non-degree graduate-level study that brings young and mid-career professionals from around the globe to the United States.

In 26 countries, the Humphrey Fellowship Program is administered by a Binational Fulbright Commission. In all other participating countries, the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy is charged with the operation of the Program. The program provides opportunities for professional development through selected university courses, attending conferences, networking, and practical work experiences. The non- degree program will last for a period of 6-10 months. The program provides payment of tuition and fees, pre-academic English language training, if required, book allowance, a one-time computer subsidy, maintenance (living) allowance, including a one-time settling-in allowance, accident and sickness coverage.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who ae interested in this program must meet the following requirements:

  • Applicants must be an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree
  • Applicants must have a minimum of five years of full-time, professional experience.
  • Limited or no prior experience in the United States
  • Applicant must demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Applicants myst have a good record of public service in the community
  • Eligible in English language.
